Set in 179 acres, with event space to accommodate 50 to 2,400 guests, what better place to host your summer party than in the beautiful surrounds of Ascot Racecourse.

Adjacent to the track the brand new triple Decker marquee is available for private hire throughout June and July. Accommodating up to 2,400 guests this is the ideal venue for large summer balls.

Alternatively, the Ascot Pavilion can accommodate up to 1,100 guests and the Old Paddock Restaurant up to 200, with each venue offering direct access to the lawns for your guests to relax, enjoy cocktails and garden games and socialise on those warm balmy nights.

Summer party packages at Ascot Racecourse include a welcome drink followed by a mouth watering buffet or BBQ, following dinner the resident DJ will play music from a mix of popular artists for your guests to dance the night away.
