Depending on the size of the event, you may need staging, AV and full event management, this will be discussed at the time of proposal.

Awards Dinner

As there are many different guises to an awards dinner its impossible to list all the options. Theme, different budgets and number of guests determine the exact proposal.

We can provide a CGI walk through of the event, as well as provide an events website allowing delegates to find the venue, add their menu choices including allergies and specialist food needs, pre order wine, and help answer some of the usual questions such as where the parking is, local transport etc.

We hold many themes in our warehouse at Gatwick, we can also make any prop you may need, how about a prop of the first ever product the company built? or a prop of the newest one? we have had a few different requests including life sized logos and giant straws. The Chocolate Factory

A theme enjoyed by all, perfect for showing the the company's lighter side and sense of fun.

Alice in Wonderland

A popular theme for Awards ceremonies, a mix between an English Garden and vintage works well for these events, you can couple this theme with some team events such as cup cake decorating learning magic tricks and tea tasting. 

Chocolate Making

Learn to roll delicious truffles and master the art of exquisite chocolate sculpture. Creating a flawless ganache has never been easier with our fabulous and decadent Chocolate Workshop. 

Reap the rewards of your new skill by selecting a display box to take away with you... assuming there shall be any chocolates left!

All equipment shall be supplied along with a chocolate tutor.

80s

When was your company set up? As an example if it was the 80's we include giant pac-man and space invader props, a graffiti wall, bean bags, 80's star light boxes, and Rubik's cubes. If everyone dresses like we did in the 80's it will show just how far the company has come.

We can of course include the 70's, 60's, 50's, 40's or the 20's. The 30's seems to take a miss as we really are not sure what happened then!

Gatsby Roaring 20's

A sophisticated theme that allows a black tie or a smart fancy dress option that everyone can enjoy, flapper girls and 20's gangsters are the order of the day. A sparkling black and silver affair. 

Hollywood

The old favourite -  golden statues, uplighters, backdrops, stars, cameras and of course the iconic red carpet...  We have some great Hollywood props and backdrop ideas. Guests can come in black tie or dressed as their favourite movie star. The rotten tomato awards include gaffes and funny moments which can add a touch of fun to your awards ceremony.

Around the World

Many companies are multi national these days, and why not remind guests of the some of the different nations that are represented. Please ask us for details. as we may need to source some props for countries we don't represent. 

Black and White

Black and White diamond is a theme that certainly lets guests know they are somewhere special but doesn't intrude on the event itself, star cloth, white stripes and chesterfield sofas all go into making the look and feel of the event something different.
