I can’t find what I want

The world of corporate summer events is huge, it would be impossible to list everything so simply fill in one of the enquiry forms, give us as much info as you can and we will happily see if it’s an enquiry we can help with.

 

I am a supplier wanting to send details of our product

In the first instance send information to info@officesummer.co.uk we will require insurance certificates, risk assessments and if possible a testimonial. If you are an entertainer we will add you to the database and contact you as needed. We welcome all ideas and contacts.

 

I’ve been given the task of looking for summer event ideas

The site is designed to try and spark some inspiration with packages of successful previous summer parties and events, however if you are still lost for ideas fill in one of the forms and we can send over a few suggestions. 

 

Can you arrange flights?

Yes we can. We can charter flights if necessary please contact to discuss details.

 

Can you arrange conference only packages?

Yes we can, although we do not position ourselves as a conference organiser we can and do organise large conferences.

 

There are many corporate events companies – what sets you apart?

Having been in business for 10 years now, we have a large database of suppliers and a wealth of experience.  We can deal with multiple events quickly and efficiently taking much of the hassle out of your hands. Our unique online personalised event websites enable you to communicate efficiently to the rest of your guests attending an event; this award-winning feature is a fantastic and well-used service. 

We are also the country’s leading Christmas party agent and benefit from strong relationships with venues and many other suppliers, all of whom will go that extra distance for our clients.

 

How big are your events?

This is impossible to answer as our company is about offering a complete events service.  We have overseen large summer balls, conferences and parties as well as staff incentives, department team events and client entertainment.   Our smallest event is 10 people our largest so far 1200, and many in between.

What does an event organiser offer that we can’t do ourselves?

With the age of the internet its not hard to find suppliers and put together an event yourself, however there are still some things you will need to do to ensure an event runs smoothly. Risks assessments, venue finding, event insurance, supplier quality control, crisis management and of course good ideas are a few things a good event organiser will offer, the cost of putting on a good event is outweighed by the results and mainly peace of mind you get when arranging anything through an event organiser.
